Erewash Valley Trail is a circular walking and cycling route on the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire border. There are over 30 miles of waterway and countryside paths with many shortcuts across the trail offering shorter options. Parts of the trail can easily be accessed from Attenborough or Long Eaton Railway Stations.

National Cycle Network Route 6 runs between Derby, West Park in Long Eaton, Attenborough and Beeston to Nottingham.
